Note: MFS screens only to members. A temporary membership may be purchased on Saturday film nights by payment of a $5 fee, in addition to the admission charge of $8. Student entry is $8 and children under 5 are $4 (student and child prices are inclusive of temporary membership).
How can I join?
Application forms are available on film nights, and at the Maleny Visitor Information Centre. You can also join on-line by entering your details above and paying the applicable fee. Payments on-line can be made either by credit card, cheque or by direct debit to your bank account ... simply follow the prompts when completing the application ( please note that if you are paying on-line by credit card, there is an additional fee of $3.00 - this covers our costs to PayMate for the credit card transaction ).
Membership lasts for twelve months from the date of joining. The annual fees are:
Ordinary Members pay $8 to attend normal film screenings, which are offered every fortnight.
Gold (Ordinary) Members do not pay the admission fee and have the advantage of being able to enter directly, without having to queue. This benefit applies to the normal fortnightly film screenings only and not to special festival events. Gold members purchasing tickets to special events will be charged the Ordinary Membership rate.
Corporate Members receive publicity through the year from the MFS. They also receive 26 complimentary tickets for use during the year. These tickets can be passed on to clients or anyone the Corporate Member would like to give them to.
